TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE:

- All prices and offers are subject to change and depends on equipment availability. Medical products are generally exempt from GST. Testing devices, software, card readers and cables do attract GST.
- Additional fees generally apply if you require mask fitting and or machine set up (see our services section).

SHIPPING POLICY:
For orders that are shipped using Australia Post mails please allow 3-5 days for delivery. On the occasion that a product is out of stock, shipment is usually delayed by one or two business days. We sent all stock as Registered Mail; if you would like Express Post additional cost may apply, please advise consultant if you would like Express Post. When a technician is required to deliver machine, the delivery will occur, when payment is received and once a time and date has been set between yourself and the technician.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
All CPAP equipment purchased from CPAP2U carries the full manufacturer’s warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods to manufacture for all warranty claims.
All masks and consumables have a 3 month manufacture fault warranty. CPAP units have a 2 years warranty, unless otherwise specified. Faulty items must be received at our Sydney head office within 14 days to receive the refund.
There are no mask returns. Non faulty, unused CPAP product returns can only be accepted with a Product Return Authority Number (ring CPAP 2U to obtain this number). All returns must be within 10 days of the original invoice date. The goods must be in Original Saleable Condition. Any sealed items that have been opened cannot be returned. We will not return funds until CPAP 2U has inspected returned goods. A 10% inventory management fee will be applied to all returns.
If you require support for CPAP Products sold over the internet please telephone our office on 1300 756 015 we can then organize face to face personalised support from one of our trained technicians. Generally a $40 fee is charged for a consultation, however fee may change without notice, please contact CPAP 2 U to confirm cost.
PRODUCT SELECTION:
You should rely on your sleep physician or sleep clinic for advice prior to purchasing your CPAP equipment. All orders for fixed pressure CPAP machines should quote your CPAP prescription.
RESMED PRODUCTS:
Resmed Sleep Vantage rebate offers vary depending on the type of machine and or the type of mask purchased together with the relevant offer at the time of purchase.
In keeping with Resmed Policy, all purchases of Resmed CPAP equipment can only be made after a consultation with one of our Resmed trained CPAP mobile consultants, at your home, office or other suitable location. After hours and weekend service may be available in some areas (conditions apply for home or office consultations).Please phone or email our office for further details.

Fees and charges
If order is under $500 there will be a $25 delivery fee if product is to be shipped. If product is over $500 and is required to be shipped there is a $15 postage fee. If paying via a credit card, we charge a 2% fee for Visa and MasterCard, and a 3% fee for American Express. If doing a bank transfer there are no additional charges. All prices are correct on the official Price list found below product selection. If prices are different please refer to the Price List or call 1300 27 27 28.

Some information to make your ordering process easy:
When we answer your phone call we may ask you some questions to help us serve you better.
First we may need to know if you have a prescription for your CPAP equipment. If you don’t then we you are likely to be looking for an auto machine so we will focus our discussion on this equipment.
Second, if you are purchasing ResMed equipment or are a new user of CPAP equipment we recommend that you take advantage of our trained technician support*. This can be either in person or by phone. This is in keeping with the ResMed manufacturer’s policy which requires that its equipment is installed by a trained technician if one is available within 75 kilometres of you.
We will ask you for your credit card details. However you credit card will not be charged, unless you choose to pay using either your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.
Because the filters on your machine need replacing about every three months, and your mask about every year, we offer a free, no obligation email reminder service where we email you at these important times. We will ask you if you wish to sign up for this service. You of course can ask to be removed from it any time by calling us on 1300 756 015.
